We collect information you choose to share with us, for example when you book a discovery call or contact us by email. This may include your name, email address, company name and any details you provide about your business or project.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange and hold conversations, and provide relevant follow-up about potential services. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Booking and contact
Discovery calls are booked through our external booking page (Calendly). When you book, the details you enter there are handled by that service under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the meeting.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use marketing cookies or advertising trackers. If we introduce website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Data sharing
We do not sell your information. Information is only shared where needed to provide a service you have requested (for example, the booking service above) or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship or to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used.
